Salary
$150,000 - $200,000 (could be flexible, experience depending)
Our client is an ambitious digital assets firm building institutional-grade financial infrastructure from the ground up.
With a strong focus on efficiency, transparency, and market integrity, they are scaling their trading capabilities and are looking for an experienced Rust Engineer to join them.
It’s a highly technical, hands-on position suited to engineers who enjoy working close to the markets in low-latency environments.
Required Experience
- Experience developing trading platforms or related systems
- 5+ years in software engineering, with a focus on performance-critical environments
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Rust
- Understanding of financial markets and OTC trade lifecycles
