GTM Engineer - RevAI
Role Overview

Build and maintain automations connecting agents with Salesforce, monday.com , Slack, and other systems. Test, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance. Analyze sales and usage data using SQL to identify opportunities and measure business impact. Lead pilots, drive adoption, and collaborate with engineering and leadership teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, AI Automation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience setting up, running, and evaluating AI agents in production GTM environments.
- Strong experience with low-code/no-code automation tools and workflow builders, such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with technical concepts and tools, including JSON, APIs, system integrations, and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with a solid understanding of sales and revenue processes.
- Proven experience leading technical and business projects end-to-end, from defining requirements to implementation.
