Senior AI Solution Engineer
Role Overview
Our ANZ business is growing and we're looking for a Senior Solution Engineer with a strong solutions engineering / architecture background to join the ANZ Solutions Engineering team. As a Senior Solution Engineer at monday, you'll own the technical win on our largest and most complex enterprise opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Y ou'll combine deep product knowledge with architecture expertise: designing how monday fits into a customer's system landscape and ways of working.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Melbourne office.
You will own the technical win on large, complex enterprise opportunities across ANZ
Lead the technical elements of a deal with a CTO of the deal mentality to map
prospects' business processes, system landscape and decision criteria
Build and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept across work management,
CRM and service, including monday's AI agents, and vibe apps
Lead technical response's to RFPs and government tenders, along with leading
security & compliance reviews
Establish reference architectures, integration specs, pre-configured solution packages
and best practices for the team
Feed field insight back to Product and R&D, and be clear with customers about what
the platform can and can't do

About The Role

Requirements
- 7+ years in Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or similar roles in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on engaging storytelling
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems navigating ambiguity
- Experience working across a range of industries with the ability to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving technical sales processes.
- Experience designing AI agent, Vibe applications or LLM-based workflows - a great advantage
- Strong understanding of JSON, RESTful APIs, GraphQL and webhooks
