About The Role

High performance doesn't sustain itself. We build what makes it reproducible.

Come and help us do that for APJ.

We’re on a mission to build the Revenue Excellence function of the future, with an operating model to match our ambition.

As part of the Field Revenue Excellence team, you’ll work as part of a global team, with a focus on the APJ region. You’ll partner with local sales leadership to gain a deep understanding of and align with the regional strategy.

You’ll drive impact by identifying real performance gaps and fostering winning behaviours and best practices that can be sustained over time. You’ll take global programs and ensure they’re fit for regional rollouts, adding in market and industry context.

Be the focal point for Revenue Excellence in the APJ region.

Partner with regional sales leadership to uncover and diagnose performance gaps.

Build programs, frameworks, and systems that turn regional strategy into real behaviour change.

Utilize performance data to optimize enablement impact, ensuring programs directly drive revenue and bridge capability gaps.

Own the quarterly Revenue Excellence roadmap for the APJ region.

Own the end-to-end design and delivery of regional programs, and lead global and regional programs in partnership with our Platform & Knowledge team.

Roll out global programs, tools, and best-practice workflows in APJ, bringing the right field leader and subject matter expert into the conversation instead of acting as the messenger.

Drive the adoption of coaching and sales leadership standards in the region, working with our Manager Excellence team.

Guide APJ new hires through their onboarding journey.
