Product strategy and delivery
- Understand users, merchants, partners, customer insights, market trends, and relevant product, technology, and industry shifts.
- Define opportunity areas, product vision, strategic narrative, roadmap, outcomes, and business-impact metrics with senior leaders.
- Drive product discovery, validation, MVP definition, launch, and iteration; own UI/UX, AI-assisted prototypes, and customer-facing copy.
- Analyze customer behavior and funnels, and own experimentation from hypothesis through results and iteration.
- Coordinate ZT1 and core product roadmaps and lead cross-functional work across product, engineering, data, risk, operations, revenue, legal, and compliance.
- Advise the CEO and executive team, communicate decisions and tradeoffs, establish product standards, and help shape the ZT1 operating model.
Experience and qualifications
- Approximately 8–10+ years of product management experience and a track record shipping and scaling consumer-facing or platform products.

- Direct experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
- Experience coordinating engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools for prototyping, design, content, and analysis; strong communication, influence, judgment, and commercial instincts.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
Compensation
- Canadian base pay range is CAD 209,000–269,000 per year; new hires typically start at the beginning of the pay range.
- Total compensation may include equity, monthly health, wellness, and technology stipends, and benefits.
Location and work arrangement
- Remote role open to candidates residing in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, or Saskatchewan.
