Overview
Work on the allocated placement files. ○ Send the document checklist to client once the confirmation has received from the Medical Insurance Renewal Team. ○ Follow-up with the clients for documents. ○ Prepare and review policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. ○ Communicate policy details, terms and conditions to Clients in a clear and concise manner, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. ○ All documents needs to be verified and maintained properly for uploading. ○ Share the documents with the Insurance company to place the policy. ○ Send the cover confirmation with the clients once it’s received from the Insurance company. ○ Followup with the clients for payment. ○ Share the payment proof to the Insurance company for policy activation. ○ Insurance company will share the policy documents once it’s activated and the same has to share with the clients. ○ Invoicing in ERP / CRM. ○ Send the allocation to Accounts Team. ○ Coordination and communication with Clients & Insurance company.
