Responsibilities
- Support compliance with relevant legislation and effective implementation of information governance strategy.
- Translate strategic direction into operational delivery.
- Work closely with the Group Head of Information Governance and deputise when necessary.
- Provide Data Protection Officer duties when deputising for the Group Head of Information Governance.
Role scope
The role includes strategic support and policy implementation, information governance and risk management, assurance and compliance, advisory communication, and cross-organisational working.
The stated scope also includes leadership and management, analytical and judgement responsibilities, planning and organisation, and responsibility for information resources.
