Duties
- Provide comprehensive support and advice to users of managed systems, including external users and liaison with third-party providers.
- Create and manage EPR and related application accounts; deactivate accounts and access for leavers.
- Manage Data Collection Workbooks and provide timely system access at the appropriate permission level under ICT Security Policy.
- Audit data periodically, including for NHS Data Manual compliance, and test new system releases.
- Validate training materials with EPR Workflow Leads; provide basic cover and administration for other ICT systems as directed.
Workplace and schedule
- The role is onsite and includes an on-call rota as part of support for a 24/7 service.
