Responsibilities
- Analyze systems and processes with subject matter experts to determine requirements.
- Produce detailed and complex requirements, identify improvements and efficiencies, and progress requirements to solution design.
- Map as-is and to-be business processes and map systems.
- Gather requirements from digital and non-digital end users.
- Develop specifications for technical teams to build solutions.
- Document scope, finance, timescales, and benefits where applicable.
- Work with clinical, operational, corporate, and digital teams to develop and design solutions.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the Trust.
Workplace and travel
- Significant on-site presence is required.
- Regular travel across North West Trust locations is required.
About North West Ambulance Service
The Trust provides round-the-clock emergency ambulance services and non-emergency patient transport in the North West.
The Trust also supports major incident response and delivers the NHS 111 service in the North West.
