A diversified local group operating in hospitality and retail is seeking a Group HR Manager.
The role is responsible for end-to-end HR operations across the group.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations from hiring through employee exit.
- Manage HR, administrative, and office staff teams.
- Support HR operations across hospitality and retail businesses.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or retail is required.
- Experience managing HR, administrative, or office staff is required.
- Experience managing all aspects of HR operations from hiring to exit is required.
- Experience in or education from the European region is requested.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Eight years of core HR experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations across multiple countries is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- CIPD certification is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 22,000 to AED 27,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
