Lead luxury lifestyle products and brands across GCC markets.
Own overall business performance and report to the Group Director, who reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regional revenue, profitability, and market-share growth across MENA.
- Implement growth strategies and increase brand visibility and recall across the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand principals, key accounts, and retailers.
- Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, business sales reports, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Travel across the MENA region.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- At least 13 years of GCC sales, distribution, or commercial management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership.
- At least 5 years of luxury-brand experience is required; luxury, fashion, or consumer goods sector experience is preferred.
- English and Hindi are required.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
Pay
- AED 38,000–40,000 per month.
