Job Title: Graphic Designer – Events & Exhibitions
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing event-related branding, exhibition graphics, digital marketing creatives, motion graphics, and video content.
This role requires someone who can combine creative design skills with AI-powered tools to produce high-quality visual content while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the events and exhibitions industry.
- Strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and 2D animation.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Pika, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. A strong portfolio is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design impactful event-related creatives, including exhibition branding, social media content, advertisements, banners, event collateral, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging short-form videos (15–60 seconds) optimized for digital and social media platforms.
- Develop motion graphics and 2D animations for promotional campaigns, event launches, and brand storytelling.
- Utilize AI-powered design and video generation tools to enhance creative output and improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to develop and deliver creative concepts that support business and campaign objectives.
