Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven

Senior Marketing & Communications Executive

to lead integrated marketing, communications, and brand-building initiatives.

The role will focus on increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, supporting lead generation, and strengthening the company's presence across digital, media, and industry channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B marketing, PR, content development, digital campaigns, and event management, along with an established media network within the UAE.

Marketing & Brand Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create engaging content for the website, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, marketing collateral, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company's digital presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate digital advertising, SEO initiatives, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

Pr & Media Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and industry publications across the UAE/GCC.
  • Secure media coverage, executive interviews, press releases, industry features, and speaking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external PR agencies where required.

Events & Industry Engagement

  • Plan and execute supplier events, product launches, webinars, networking sessions, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Manage event planning, branding, communications, media participation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent the company at key industry events.

Thought Leadership & Content

  • Develop industry-focused content covering construction, electrical products, supply chain digitization, and procurement trends.
  • Support executive profiling through LinkedIn content, opinion articles, media statements, and speaking engagements.
  • Position the company as a trusted industry leader.

Sales & Internal Communications

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to develop presentations, product literature, customer communications, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support strategic announcements, partnerships, and internal communications.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Analyze customer engagement trends and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and marketing dashboards.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, PR, corporate communications, or event management.
  • Experience within electrical, building materials, construction, industrial distribution, B2B marketplaces, trading, or e-commerce sectors is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital channels.
  • Proven media relations and PR experience within the UAE/GCC.
  • Excellent content writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong event planning and project management capabilities.
  • Commercial understanding of B2B markets and customer engagement.

• Microsoft Office Suite

  • Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Social media management tools
  • Google Analytics and SEO tools

Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn B2B campaigns and executive branding.
  • Exposure to supplier or channel marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of the UAE/GCC construction or electrical industry.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
