We are looking for an
Executive Reporting & Briefings Expert
who excels at transforming complex business and strategic information into compelling executive reports, board papers, presentations, and decision-ready briefings for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare executive reports, briefing notes, presentations, dashboards, and leadership updates.
✅ Develop high-quality materials for board, executive committee, and senior leadership meetings.
✅ Convert complex operational, strategic, and project information into concise executive narratives.
✅ Create impactful presentations using strong storytelling and visual communication.
✅ Establish reporting templates, standards, and formatting consistency across executive communications.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and synthesize information.
✅ Edit and refine reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and executive-level quality.
✅ Handle confidential and time-sensitive assignments with professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements
:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, Journalism, Design, Finance, or a related discipline.
✔ 7+ years of experience in executive reporting, strategic communications, board affairs, management consulting, or a similar function.
✔ Proven experience preparing board-level reports, executive briefings, and governance materials.
✔ Exceptional writing, editing, business storytelling, and content structuring skills.
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive document preparation.
✔ Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently as an SME/Individual Contributor.
