About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- **Video Production:**
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (social media, websites, ads, corporate presentations).
- **Storytelling:**
- Develop compelling video concepts that align with brand goals.
- **Camera Operation:**
- Use professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- **Post-Production:**
- Edit raw footage, add effects, graphics, and sound to create polished final products.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- **Content Adaptation:**
- Optimize videos for different formats, including short-form social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- **Equipment Maintenance:**
- Manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and up to date.
& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Film, Media, Communications, or a related field
- (preferred but not mandatory).
- **2+ years of experience**
- in videography, video editing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in video editing software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (preferred).
- **Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.**
- **Experience in shooting with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, and gimbals.**
- **Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design**
- is a plus.
- Ability to work
- under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- **Strong portfolio showcasing previous video work.**
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
- social media video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- **Knowledge of 360-degree videos, VR, and live streaming.**
- **Basic animation and motion graphics skills.**
- **Strong organizational and time-management skills.**
- Work Location: In person
