Responsibilities

• Edit video clips into polished short-form videos, reels, ads, property videos, brand videos, and client content
• Select the best clips from raw footage and turn them into clean, engaging edits
• Add text overlays, captions, music, basic motion graphics, transitions, and voiceover where needed
• Edit photos to improve lighting, colour, shadows, highlights, sharpness, composition, and overall visual quality
• Retouch small defects and make property, construction, interior, team, and brand photos look more professional
• Select the best photos from shoots and organize them properly
• Design business cards, email signatures, sales sheets, brochures, flyers, signs, uniforms, vests, T-shirts, and other brand materials
• Create clean graphics for websites, ads, presentations, listings, Google Business Profile, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Help create content for real estate/property listings, construction projects, renovations, client brands, and agency marketing
• Take photos and videos using company-provided equipment when needed
• Work with direction from management to capture specific shots and edit them in the intended style
• Organize all creative files properly in Google Drive

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing video editing and graphic design work
• Strong visual taste and ability to make content look premium
• Good video editing skills for short-form content, ads, reels, property videos, and brand content
• Good graphic design skills for brand materials, layouts, print assets, and digital graphics
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software
• Good understanding of pacing, music, text overlays, colour, lighting, composition, typography, spacing, and layout
• Able to choose the best shots from a large batch of photos/videos
• Able to follow creative direction and improve based on feedback
• Comfortable learning new editing styles, camera equipment, and content formats
• Organized with files, folders, versions, and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company
• Good written and spoken English
• Reliable, polite, detail-oriented, and able to work without constant supervision
• Preferred but not required
• Experience editing real estate, construction, interior design, hotel, luxury, car, fashion, product, or lifestyle content
• Experience shooting with Sony cameras, iPhone Pro models, or gimbals
• Experience creating before/after videos, property videos, ads, or brand videos
• Experience designing print materials, signage, uniforms, and branded merchandise
• Experience preparing property listings, brochures, or sales sheets

• This role is not for someone who only wants to schedule posts or write captions.
• The main skills we are hiring for are video editing, photo editing, and graphic design quality.

Compensation

• Year 1: AED 4,000/month all-inclusive
• Year 2: AED 4,500/month all-inclusive
• Year 3: AED 5,000/month all-inclusive
• 30 days off per year (inclusive of vacation, public holidays, and sick days)
