Overview
The Outreach Graphic Designer works directly with the Outreach Director to create engaging visual content that supports the Branch’s outreach initiatives and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design posters, social media graphics, banners, presentations, and promotional materials for Branch activities.
- Ensure all visuals align with ASHRAE branding guidelines and Branch visual standards.
- Collaborate with the Outreach Director and Events Department to turn campaign ideas into impactful visual communication.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets for continuity and future use.
- Revise and improve designs based on leadership feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual consistency
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
- Open to feedback and collaborative teamwork
Scope & Boundaries
- Supports outreach and campaign execution but does not define Branch strategy or public positions.
- All designs and campaigns must align with Branch standards and leadership oversight.
- Does not independently represent the Branch in formal external communications or agreements.
