Graphic Designer - UAE National

Job Summary

Design Development & Delivery

• Propose, develop, and execute innovative and creative design solutions within approved initiatives and projects
• Produce high-quality design outputs across print, digital, social media, presentations, reports, infographics, and motion graphics
• Ensure all design deliverables are completed to the highest creative standard and within agreed timelines
• Translate briefs from organizational units into compelling, on-brand visual communications

Stakeholder Advisory & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal organizational units to understand design requirements and provide expert guidance on appropriate solutions
• Advise departments on design best practices, visual communication strategies, and brand application
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and communicating clearly on timelines and deliverables
• Act as a trusted creative partner for internal clients — listening carefully, asking the right questions, and delivering beyond expectations

Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance

• Review and quality-check all institutional design outputs to ensure they meet the organization's approved standards and visual identity guidelines
• Maintain and enforce strict compliance with the UAE Federal Government corporate identity framework across all design work
• Propose and document improvement recommendations to enhance design quality and consistency across the organization
• Maintain an organized and well-structured design asset library for institutional use

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

• Provide hands-on guidance and support to junior and entry-level designers in the department
• Share knowledge, design techniques, and creative approaches to elevate the overall capability of the design team
• Contribute to building a culture of creative excellence and continuous improvement within the team

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree — Graphic Design with minimum 2 years in graphic designing,
• *Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a closely related creative discipline.*

Certifications

• Adobe Certified Professional — Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign

• Microsoft Office 365 Fundamentals

• AI for Business Professionals

Technical Skills Required

• Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent UI/UX tools
• Motion graphics and video editing — After Effects, Premiere Pro (advantageous)
• Arabic typography and bilingual layout design
• Digital and social media content creation
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and brand guidelines
