Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials for hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and special events, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, advertisements, and promotional collateral.
• Create engaging social media creatives, digital campaigns, website banners, and online advertisements to support hotel and F&B marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain brand identity across all hotel properties, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, F&B, and Sales teams to understand campaign objectives and design requirements.
• Design promotional materials for seasonal campaigns, festive events, room packages, restaurant promotions, and nightlife entertainment.
• Edit and enhance photographs, food images, event visuals, and promotional content.
• Create presentations, corporate communication materials, and visual content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare print-ready and digital artwork files while ensuring quality standards and brand consistency.
• Stay updated on hospitality, food & beverage, nightlife, and digital marketing trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• **Minimum 2–5 years of Graphic Design experience within the Hotel, Hospitality, Restaurant, Nightclub, or Entertainment industry.**
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or other design tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and hospitality promotions.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content creation is preferred.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, nightclub, or entertainment industry experience is mandatory.
• Photography and photo editing skills.
• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience designing marketing materials for hotels, restaurants, clubs, events, and guest engagement campaigns.
