Role Overview:

The Food & Beverage Manager leads all dining and beverage operations within the property, ensuring a seamless blend of service excellence, operational discipline, and commercial success. This role is central to creating memorable guest experiences while managing a dynamic team in one of the world’s most competitive hospitality markets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events
• Establish service benchmarks and ensure consistent delivery aligned with brand standards
• Drive revenue through strategic promotions, upselling techniques, and innovative dining concepts
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and stock management
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in the UAE
• Build strong guest relationships, with a focus on repeat business and VIP engagement
• Work closely with culinary teams to curate menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences
• Lead planning and execution of banquets, private events, and large-scale functions

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
• Proven leadership experience in food and beverage operations within hotels, resorts, or standalone venues
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and drive profitability
• Skilled in team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Deep understanding of global dining trends and luxury service expectations
