Job Summary

Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support management with financial planning and analysis.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong internal controls and risk management processes.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Support business growth initiatives, investments, and profitability analysis.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
• Ensure continuous development of the finance team.
• Improve financial systems and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is mandatory/preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or QuickBooks.

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance bonuses and benefits as per company policy.
