About This Role
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs
- Conceptualize visuals
- Create inspiring designs for social media, websites, brochures and brand
- Prepare rough drafts of designs and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other digital assets
- Work with the Head of Brand and the Content Team to produce high quality branded designs
- Test graphics across various digital media (A/B, usability)
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of executed projects or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML 5)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in design, Fine Arts or related field and Arabic is a plus
Other Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in creating digital campaigns.
- Weekly reporting on performance.
- PowerPoint and Excel Skills
- Ability to interpret reports from online platforms such as Google, Facebook and Adobe, an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- Determination

- Highly organised with great time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise, create, manage, implement and deliver project needs
- Ability to understand business needs
- Strong relationship management skills

- Liaising with client and media agencies to collating and deliver creative assets

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of web design
- Fast to learn new online systems
- Internet lover!!
- Photoshop, Illustrator and other design packages
- Good time management skills
- Knowledge of Project management skills to manage workload, an advantage
