Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in product user manuals, packaging artwork, and print production.

This role will be responsible for creating multilingual product manuals, retail packaging, carton box artwork, and production-ready files for consumer electronics and mobile accessories.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical design capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of layout structure, typography, packaging workflows, and print production standards. The candidate will work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure all packaging and manual materials are visually consistent, technically accurate, and factory-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format multilingual product user manuals with clean layouts, structured typography, icons, diagrams, and technical content.
• Create production-ready artwork for retail packaging, carton boxes, master cartons, labels, inserts, and related packaging materials.
• Work extensively with diecuts/dielines to prepare accurate packaging layouts for printing and manufacturing.
• Ensure proper placement of product specifications, barcodes, compliance icons, warnings, and multilingual content across manuals and packaging.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed settings, margins, CMYK color profiles, and export specifications.
• Adapt and modify packaging and manual designs across multiple SKUs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure technical and visual accuracy before final release.
• Organize and maintain editable source files, packaging archives, and production assets in a structured manner.
• Ensure all final artwork complies with factory, print production, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging design, or print production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, visual hierarchy, and technical formatting.
• Experience working with multilingual manual layouts and structured technical content.
• Good knowledge of packaging workflows, diecuts/dielines, and print production standards.
• Understanding of bleed setup, CMYK color profiles, and print-ready file preparation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy and production requirements.
• Experience in consumer electronics, accessories, or retail packaging is considered a strong advantage.
