Role Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to define and execute the brand’s visual identity across digital and some print assets. You will create everything from the logo and brand guidelines to marketing creatives, email templates, and social media assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a distinctive logo, colour palette, typography system, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Create high‑end visuals for website banners, product pages, email campaigns, and social media (Instagram, Pinterest).
- Retouch and optimise product photography for a consistent luxury look.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designer to ensure brand alignment in the interface.
- Produce assets for app stores, PWA icons, and promotional materials.
- Maintain asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing luxury or fashion brands.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Experience with photo retouching and preparing assets for web and mobile.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines and produce multiple concepts quickly.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience designing for e‑commerce (product grids, lookbooks, sale banners).
- Knowledge of print production (packaging, lookbooks).
- Familiarity with email design tools (Stripo, Mailchimp).
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Deliver finalised logo, brand guidelines, and core visual identity system.
- Create at least 20 marketing assets (banners, social posts, email templates) that increase engagement by 25%.
- Retouch and standardise 200+ product images to meet luxury quality.
- Ensure all brand assets are organised and accessible to the team.
