The intern will contribute to visual content, digital presence, and marketing activities through real-world creative projects.

Responsibilities
- Create social posts, posters, banners, promotional creatives, and content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional and educational videos; add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, and effects.
- Create YouTube thumbnails and promotional materials for courses, workshops, internships, events, and campaigns.
- Edit photos and videos from workshops, events, and company activities; repurpose content into different formats.
- Maintain brand consistency and support digital marketing and content campaigns.
- Explore AI-powered creative tools, collaborate with the team, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas to improve online engagement.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing; creativity and good visual sense.
- Understanding of typography, layouts, colors, and composition; attention to detail.
- Knowledge of a relevant tool such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar; not every tool is required.
- Ability to create social media content, work independently, meet deadlines, learn new tools, and improve.
Who can apply
- Students, freshers, recent graduates, self-taught designers and video editors, and candidates studying related fields are welcome.
- Previous professional experience is not mandatory; a portfolio may include academic, personal, or social media projects.
- Candidates without a formal portfolio may submit two or three sample designs or videos.
Learning and development
- Work on real projects for an EdTech and technology startup and build practical design and video-editing experience.
- Gain exposure to branding, digital marketing, technology and education campaigns, and content for different platforms.
- Build a professional portfolio, receive feedback and guidance, and receive an internship completion certificate upon successful completion.
Performance-based incentive
- There is no fixed monthly salary.
- A performance-based incentive of ₹500–₹1,000 may be provided, is not guaranteed, and depends on the intern's contribution and performance.
