About the role
Keeta seeks a creative, performance-driven User Growth Design Intern for its growth team.
The role creates visuals intended to influence user behavior, drive engagement, and improve conversion.
The intern works with the User Growth team on campaigns, experiments, and product placements in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Design high-conversion creatives for in-app banners, pop-ups, landing pages, and growth campaigns.
- Support rapid campaign launches and creative iterations across user growth initiatives.
- Translate business goals into effective visual executions with the User Growth team.
- Analyze CTR, conversion, and engagement metrics and iterate designs based on data insights.
- Support and participate in A/B testing of design variations.
- Adapt creatives across user personas, cities, and campaign scenarios.
- Maintain brand consistency while testing performance-focused creative approaches.
What you’ll need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, and color theory.
- Portfolio showcasing creative thinking and problem-solving, not only visual work.
- Able to take feedback positively and iterate quickly; attentive to detail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in a highly collaborative setting.
- Interest in growth design, user behavior, and performance-driven creativity.
