The role is based in Dubai, according to the description.
Responsibilities
- Develop channel traffic strategies and allocate resources according to user value, business priorities, and conversion efficiency.
- Analyze funnel metrics and improve user conversion, order volume, and traffic efficiency.
- Govern traffic allocation across campaigns, segments, and scenarios to reduce inefficient or excessive outreach.
- Develop differentiated engagement strategies based on user behavior, lifecycle, and business objectives.
- Design and analyze A/B tests, identify performance drivers, and continuously optimize.
- Partner with Product, Algorithm, User Operations, Marketing, and other teams to implement scalable strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; listed quantitative, computing, economics, or business analytics fields are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and experience using data to support business decisions.
- Experience or strong understanding of CRM, user growth, traffic strategy, or lifecycle operations.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and fundamental statistical analysis, and ability to evaluate strategy performance independently.
- Strong structured thinking, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- English is a working language; Chinese or Arabic is a plus.
Preferred channel experience
- Experience with Push, WhatsApp, email, or similar engagement channels is preferred.
