Support expansion and growth of Keeta's merchant network in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Identify and onboard new merchant partners, and manage and grow existing restaurant partners.
What you'll do
- Identify, engage, and onboard restaurant partners across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- Build relationships with existing merchants to increase activity and deepen partnerships.
- Support merchant onboarding, launch, and operational setup on the platform.
- Gather merchant feedback to support operational strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product on merchant growth initiatives.
- Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and growth.
- Provide day-to-day partner support and act as a trusted point of contact.
Requirements
- Experience in sale and possession of a UAE driver's license are mandatory.
- Arabic fluency is an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and business negotiation skills.
- Food delivery, e-commerce, internet platform, or local F&B experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, merchant acquisition, sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving and business growth.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
