We are seeking talented, ambitious graduates to join our Strategic Consulting team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on transformational projects that are shaping the future of Saudi Arabia's built environment, contributing to Vision 2030 and the Kingdom's economic diversification initiatives.

As a Graduate Strategic Consultant, you will work alongside experienced professionals on high-impact consulting engagements across various sectors including commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed-use developments.

You will gain exposure to market-leading clients and complex strategic challenges in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

Research and Analysis

Conduct comprehensive market research, data collection, and analysis to support strategic recommendations.

Analyze real estate market trends, economic indicators, demographic patterns, and competitive landscapes across Saudi Arabian markets.

Develop financial models and conduct feasibility analyses for real estate developments and investment opportunities.

Assess project viability, forecast returns, and evaluate various development scenarios.

Support senior consultants in developing strategic recommendations for clients on market entry strategies, portfolio optimization, investment decisions, and development opportunities.

Prepare high-quality client presentations, reports, and deliverables that effectively communicate complex analyses and strategic insights.

Ensure all materials meet JLL's quality standards and client expectations.

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams across JLL's service lines.

Assist in managing project timelines, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.

and Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field.

Strong academic performance required (minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent).

and Competencies

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Demonstrated interest in real estate, consulting, or strategic advisory

Strong research capabilities and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in team environments and manage multiple priorities

Problem-solving mindset with creative and strategic thinking abilities

Professional demeanor and client-ready presentation skills

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally

Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

Cultural awareness and sensitivity appropriate for working in the Saudi market

Entrepreneurial spirit aligned with the Kingdom's transformation journey
