Role Overview

Hiring an Engineer or Graduate Engineer Trainee for the Process Engineering Design (PED) department.

Entry-to-junior-level role involving process planning, component drafting, and basic tool and fixture detailing in a production environment.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Whitefield).

Experience range is 0–3 years; freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with process planning for machining, fabrication, and product assembly.
  • Create and update 2D drawings and 3D models using design software.
  • Support technical documentation and ERP entries.
  • Learn and apply manufacturing guidelines to optimize shop-floor layouts.

Core Requirements

  • B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
  • Foundational knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and heat treatment.
  • Clear academic record with no active backlogs or arrears.

Fresher Terms

  • Freshers are subject to a mandatory three-year service bond upon joining.
  • The stated fixed CTC for the first year is ₹3.45 LPA.

Compensation

  • The posting states a salary of ₹3.45 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA based on experience and a maximum pay of ₹400,000 per year.
