Role Summary
The Assistant or Deputy Manager will work in the Process Engineering Department within a machine-building and manufacturing environment.
The role covers process planning, technical drafting, and tool and fixture design.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan workflows for machined components, fabrication, and product assembly.
- Design drill jigs and fixtures using AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks.
- Manage ISO QMS documentation and ERP data entries.
- Apply manufacturing and basic heat treatment knowledge through technical layouts to optimize production.
Core Requirements
- A B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of process engineering and design experience in a manufacturing setup is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks for 2D drafting and 3D modeling is required.
- Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and basic heat treatment is required.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems and ISO QMS documentation standards is required.
