Job purpose

Global KPI governance and performance

• Lead global KPI governance and standardize definitions, methodologies, targets and documentation.
• Monitor KPI trends, highlight systemic operational and financial risks, and identify recurring gaps for improvement.
• Consolidate global performance reporting for leadership and ensure consistent KPI interpretation across regions.

Low-margin contracts and scope creep

• Coordinate the global Low-Margin Contracts Performance Program and align entry and exit criteria with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Consolidate underperforming-contract reports, monitor recovery, escalate sustained deviations and provide margin-recovery visibility to senior leadership.
• Maintain a global scope-creep framework; compare contractual scope with execution and identify unbilled or non-contracted work affecting profitability.
• Quantify scope variances with regional, commercial and finance teams and include findings in performance and margin reviews.

Management Business Reviews

• Coordinate consistent global and regional MBR structures and content; validate and reconcile KPI data before reviews.
• Prepare review materials and performance analysis, ensure comparable decision-focused outputs, and track actions and escalations.
• Provide consolidated performance insights and risk summaries.

Master data and site governance

• Maintain the Contract Logistics Master Site framework and global file of operational sites, status and structural mappings.
• Align sites with financial profit centres, legal/GHSC entities, CRM structures, reporting tools and data sources.
• Govern site creation, closure and structural changes; align new tools and reporting platforms with the master-site framework.

Professional experience

• At least 10 years in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Performance or Financial Performance roles.
• Experience in KPI governance, performance frameworks or margin improvement programs; exposure to contract profitability, cost-to-serve and financial performance tracking.
• Experience in multinational, multi-regional organizations and supporting executive-level MBR/QBR forums.

Expertise and competencies

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including warehousing economics, contract-logistics KPIs and margin drivers.
• Experience with master data governance, structural mapping or performance data alignment; ability to reconcile operational and financial reporting data.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to influence across regions without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; governance-oriented, detail-focused, organized, execution-focused and highly trustworthy.
