Job purpose

KPI and contract performance

• Lead global KPI governance and standardize KPI definitions, methodologies, targets, and documentation.
• Monitor KPI trends, highlight systemic operational and financial risks, consolidate reporting, and identify recurring performance gaps.
• Coordinate the global Low-Margin Contracts Performance Program and align entry and exit criteria with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Consolidate underperforming contract reports, monitor recovery, and escalate sustained deviations and structural risks.
• Establish scope-creep tracking, compare contractual scope with operations, and surface unbilled or non-contracted activities affecting profitability.

Reviews and master site governance

• Coordinate global and regional MBR structures and content; validate and reconcile KPI data before reviews.
• Prepare review materials and analysis, track actions and escalations, and provide consolidated performance insights and risk summaries.
• Maintain the Contract Logistics Master Site framework and global master file of operational sites, including status and structural mapping.
• Align operational sites with financial profit centres, legal and GHSC entities, CRM structures, reporting tools, and data sources.
• Govern site creation, closure, and structural changes; align new tools and reporting platforms with the master site framework.

Professional experience

• At least 10 years of experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Performance, or Financial Performance roles.
• Demonstrated experience in KPI governance, performance frameworks, or margin improvement programs.
• Strong exposure to contract profitability, cost-to-serve analysis, and financial performance tracking.
• Experience in multinational, multi-regional organizations and supporting executive-level MBR or QBR forums.

Expertise and competencies

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including understanding of warehousing economics.
• Deep understanding of operational KPIs and margin drivers in contract logistics.
• Experience with master data governance, structural mapping, or performance data alignment; ability to reconcile operational and financial reporting structures.
• Strong analytical capability, structured problem-solving, cross-regional influence, and a governance-oriented, detail-focused approach.
• High integrity and a disciplined approach to performance transparency.
