The Glamping Operations Manager oversees resort operations, guest experience, front office services, teams, and operating standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and address concerns and service recovery.
- Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out, guest relations, room allocation, billing, and guest transportation.
- Lead and develop teams; manage staffing and performance.
- Ensure villas, facilities, activities, and guest areas are ready and maintained.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering/FM, F&B, Entertainment, Security, HR, Finance, and Revenue.
- Monitor operational costs, staffing, resources, and productivity.
- Support occupancy and room revenue through coordination on promotions and commercial opportunities.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least two years of room-division experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills; excellent English communication.
- Able to multitask and prioritize under pressure; customer-service oriented and adaptable.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, professional, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Advantageous systems and languages
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, cloud, SynXis, and Channel Manager systems is an advantage.
- Additional languages are a plus.
