Core duties
- Review geotechnical recommendations, the approved stone-column design basis, method statements, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate ground-improvement field tests, installation records, and technical deviations.
- Define review requirements for release of completed ground-improvement zones to foundation works.
- Guide Geo Inspectors on monitoring records, escalation triggers, and evidence requirements.
- Coordinate resolution of nonconforming results with design, quality, and site management resources.
- Prepare specialist recommendations on unresolved risks or design changes.
Client-facing outputs
- Prepare ground-improvement technical review notes.
- Provide inputs to foundation-release recommendations.
- Maintain a geotechnical deviation and resolution tracker.
Qualification
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.
