Maintenance duties
- Perform routine general maintenance and repairs across buildings, offices, residential properties, and common areas.
- Attend to daily maintenance requests, work orders, and service calls within required response times.
- Carry out minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, masonry, ceiling, door, lock, and furniture repairs.
- Inspect facilities for defects, damage, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements.
- Repair or adjust doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, fittings, and other building components.
- Assist electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and specialist technicians with maintenance activities.
- Support scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance; replace or repair minor building components and consumables.
- Use, maintain, and store tools, equipment, and materials properly; leave work areas clean after tasks.
- Record completed jobs, materials, defects, and outstanding needs; report major issues or specialist work to a supervisor or engineer.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and technicians to complete maintenance requests efficiently.
- Respond professionally to client, tenant, and occupant complaints; assist in maintenance emergencies.
- Participate in inspections, site surveys, and facility condition assessments; meet required quality and service standards.

- Follow health, safety, environmental, and facility management procedures and use appropriate PPE.

- AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
