Fit-Out Project Engineer

Responsibilities
- Read, review, and coordinate architectural, interior design, shop, and MEP drawings.
- Handle mall fit-out submissions, approvals, NOCs, work permits, and authority coordination.
- Coordinate with mall management, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
- Manage finishes, material submittals, supplier quotations, procurement, and deliveries.
- Attend and lead technical and progress meetings.
- Coordinate MEP systems and ensure compliance with applicable Civil Defence and Fire & Life Safety requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, BOQs, costs, site execution, quality, and safety.
- Manage snagging, testing and commissioning, and final project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Five years of fit-out project experience required.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Pay
- AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
