Provides nursing and clinical support alongside reception and administrative services in a healthcare setting.
Clinical and nursing duties
- Assist clinicians during consultations and procedures; maintain patient histories, vital signs, and treatment records.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment; administer prescribed medications and treatments within licensing regulations.
- Educate patients, monitor their condition, and report concerns to physicians.
- Follow infection-control, health, and safety standards; manage medical supplies and inventory.
Reception and administration
- Welcome and register patients; schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries; handle billing, insurance documents, and payments as required.
- Coordinate patient flow, protect patient confidentiality, and prepare reports and correspondence.
Requirements
- Previous clinic, hospital, or healthcare-facility experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems; strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance, patient-focused approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred skills
- Medical insurance claims and approvals experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality requirements is preferred.
Pay
- The description states AED 3,000–4,000 per hour; the structured salary field states AED 3,000 per month.
