The Clinic Manager oversees daily clinic operations and is responsible for helping increase sales, attract customers, and grow social media presence across branches.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, staff, schedules, customer service, and branch performance.
- Grow sales, bookings, repeat customers, packages, and revenue; implement monthly promotions and campaigns.
- Create social media content and coordinate reels, videos, promotions, testimonials, and branch activities.
- Build networks and referral partnerships with influencers, businesses, hotels, gyms, and other local organizations.
- Train staff in customer service, upselling, and sales conversion; monitor sales and customer metrics.
- Assist with recruitment, staff performance, and training; prepare regular sales and operational reports.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in clinic, spa, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Strong sales and customer-service skills; experience and active interest in social media marketing.
- Confident networking and communicating with influencers and businesses; strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Creative, energetic, target-driven, and proactive. UAE/Dubai market experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
