Role Overview

The General Manager will lead overall operations, strategy, commercial growth, and performance for a specialty coffee and F&B business.

The role covers stores, business functions, teams, partnerships, revenue streams, financial performance, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Drive sales, business development, partnerships, market expansion, catering, corporate sales, and new revenue channels.
Build relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, landlords, strategic stakeholders, and industry contacts.
Oversee day-to-day operations across stores, teams, and business functions.
Monitor sales, revenue, costs, profitability, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, resources, and overall P&L performance.
Lead and develop Store Managers, Operations, Sales, and support teams.
Ensure brand standards, product quality, customer experience, operational excellence, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Lead negotiations with key clients, landlords, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Represent the business at industry events, meetings, networking activities, and partnerships.
Provide regular business performance reports and recommendations to senior management.

Role Requirements

An established Saudi F&B market network is required to identify and develop new business opportunities.
The role requires experience overseeing specialty coffee, food-and-beverage, store, or related multi-function business operations.
