General Manager of Project Investment Department/Fund Management Department

About This Role

Job Responsibilities

1. In accordance with the company's overall development strategy, identify high-quality investment and M&A targets in the energy-related industries globally.

2. Responsible for fund management, initiating or participating in funds to leverage external capital investment in the energy industry chain, and providing investor services and post-investment management.

3. Establish effective communication channels with upstream and downstream companies in related industries, and be responsible for communication with all parties during project investment cooperation.

4. Conduct market research, investigation, evaluation, and due diligence on potential investment targets; be responsible for investment and M&A negotiations and risk control management throughout the pre-, mid-, and post-investment stages.

5. Develop and implement project exit strategies, realizing investment returns and ensuring fund asset appreciation through various means such as IPOs, M&A, and equity transfers.

Job Requirements

1. Education/Major: Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, energy engineering, or related fields; graduates from prestigious universities are preferred.

2. Minimum 8 years of work experience in renowned securities firms, investment institutions, or industry fund companies, or experience working with listed companies or companies preparing for listing in relevant industries. Priority will be given to candidates who have served as relevant leaders, those with experience in energy/related industry investment, and those with experience leading/core participation in the entire process of industry fund raising, investment, management, and exit.

3. Familiar with relevant industries, possessing abundant industry resources and channels; strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and negotiation skills; strong resilience and adaptability under pressure.

4. Excellent capital raising, business negotiation, and resource integration capabilities; possessing stable investor resources and an industry cooperation network.

5. Excellent team leadership and organizational skills; able to lead the team to efficiently achieve work goals and drive the continuous development of departmental business.
