Kites is hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our dining location in Jumeirah, Dubai. The General Manager is responsible for all daily operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and the financial performance of the restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Manage the restaurant's budget, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, labor costs, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage all restaurant staff, including managers and service team members.
• Ensure a high standard of guest service and handle all customer feedback.
• Maintain food quality, service standards, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and control stock levels.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with all Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role (General Manager or Assistant General Manager).
• Proven experience managing a restaurant's full profit and loss (P&L) statement.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and developing a service team.
• Strong understanding of upscale service standards and guest relations.
• Experience in the Dubai or GCC restaurant market is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000 per month, based on experience.
• Supplemental Pay: Eligibility for a performance-based bonus program.
