Role Overview

Responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, with a strong focus on financial performance, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role translates strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring the restaurant operates at peak profitability while upholding the highest service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Management: Responsible for the full financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Ensures effective cost control across labor, food, and beverage while driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decisions.
  • Operations & Guest Experience Management: Leads daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences. Maintains high standards of service, food quality, and ambiance, while continuously improving operational workflows and guest satisfaction.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Business Support: Executes strategic projects that strengthen the restaurant’s market position and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and maximizing commercial opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate the restaurant team is a core responsibility. Oversees recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure high morale and professional standards. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, guiding staff development and succession planning.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensures all operations comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and local health and safety regulations. Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests, conducting regular audits to uphold operational and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in fine dining environments with a strong background in Mediterranean or Spanish restaurant concepts
  • Experience in standalone restaurants, luxury hotels, or high-end hospitality groups
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent understanding of luxury guest service standards, operational excellence, and compliance
