InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day: As Food & Beverages General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the guest experience, operational excellence, and commercial success of the venue. You will lead from the floor, inspire your team, and ensure that every element of the restaurant reflects the brand’s standards and the concept’s vision.

• Shape and deliver a world-class, story-driven dining experience that reflects the elegance and warmth of a Mediterranean yacht club. Ensure every guest interaction is personalized, intuitive, and memorable.
• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations in the hotel, ensuring seamless service, strong communication, and flawless execution across all touchpoints including restaurant dining, bar service, private events, meetings and events and poolside experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of professionalism and genuine hospitality while encouraging growth and accountability.
• Act as the guardian of the restaurant’s identity ensuring that service style, ambiance, music, uniforms, and guest engagement align with the Mediterranean vision.
• Drive revenue, manage budgets and optimize profitability. Monitor KPIs including average spend, covers, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure alignment between kitchen and service, contributing to menu storytelling, promotions, and overall guest experience.
• Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and events. Build relationships with key guests, residents, and the local community to establish the restaurant as a leading destination in Dubai Marina.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior leadership role in a luxury or lifestyle dining environment
• Strong understanding of Mediterranean or coastal dining concepts is highly desirable
• Experience in pre-opening or concept-driven restaurants preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability
