Required Qualifications & Experience

• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
• MBA or advanced Management qualification is highly preferred.
• **Professional Registration:**
• Must be eligible for or currently hold MMUP/MME Grade-A Engineer registration in Qatar.
• **Experience:**
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience within a leading architectural and engineering consultancy or major contracting organization, including at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership or General Manager role.
• **Technical Background:**
• Strong technical background in architectural and engineering consultancy services, including design management, construction supervision, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• **Team Leadership:**
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams comprising Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Landscape, and Infrastructure disciplines
• .
• **Project Portfolio:**
• Proven track record delivering large-scale mixed-use developments, high-rise towers (G+50 and above), commercial developments, hospitality projects, or luxury residential projects from concept design through project handover.
• **Local Knowledge:**
• Extensive knowledge of Qatar authority approval procedures and stakeholder coordination requirements involving MME, Civil Defense, Kahramaa, Ashghal, utility providers, and other regulatory bodies.
• **Technical Expertise:**
• Proven experience in value engineering, technical due diligence, design reviews, constructability assessments, and resolution of complex engineering and construction challenges.
• **Digital Engineering:**
• Proficiency in BIM platforms, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, project management systems, and digital collaboration tools.
• **Languages:**
• Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
