Role Overview

Reporting and Department

Strategic Vision and Growth

• Develop and execute Food & Beverage strategies aligned with the company’s vision and long-term growth objectives.
• Lead new concepts including specialty outlets, central kitchens, pop-up ventures, cloud kitchens, and digital initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and feasibility studies.
• Develop expansion strategies for outlets, delivery channels, alternative formats, and central kitchen optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, market share, customer engagement, and business performance.

Business Development and Partnerships

• Develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, events, loyalty programs, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Culinary, HR, and other departments on integrated campaigns and business initiatives.
• Support culinary activations, promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand-building activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, stakeholder meetings, networking opportunities, and public relations activities.
• Maintain relationships with business partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Product and Concept Development

• Collaborate with culinary teams and suppliers on menus, beverages, dining concepts, and guest experiences.
• Benchmark international Food & Beverage standards and emerging market trends.
• Oversee product development from concept and trials through supplier evaluation, costing, launch, and promotion.
• Maintain licensing, certification, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Promote sustainable sourcing and responsible procurement practices where applicable.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee multiple restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, delivery, and cloud kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent service standards, product quality, guest experience, and brand execution.
• Develop and monitor SOPs, operational standards, internal controls, inventory, procurement, food safety, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety requirements, licensing regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor guest feedback, reviews, surveys, and customer insights to improve service and product standards.

Financial and People Management

• Take responsibility for P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, profitability, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action to improve revenue, margins, productivity, and cost control.
• Review vendor agreements and commercial contracts within delegated authority.
• Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and ROI analyses for concepts, projects, and expansion.
• Build, lead, and develop the Food & Beverage leadership team through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Set objectives and KPIs, promote accountability and innovation, and ensure workforce planning supports growth.

Required Qualifications

• The role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, operational expertise, financial management, and people leadership.
• Candidates should have a proven understanding of the hospitality and Food & Beverage industry.
• The role requires the ability to manage multi-outlet operations, business growth, P&L, compliance, partnerships, and leadership teams.
