General Manager CMF

Overview

• We re looking for a General Manager CMF to lead and scale our Claims Management Filter (CMF) business line across the MENA region.
• This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader with deep insurance operations expertise and a proven ability to drive measurable results.
• You ll oversee regional PoCs, drive delivery to production, and ensure insurers benefit from tangible loss ratio improvements.
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead CMF across multiple MENA markets

• Oversee PoCs from kickoff to conversion
• , ensuring they transition to full production within agreed timelines
• Drive impact
• : Deliver measurable improvements in claims cost, processing speed, and fraud reduction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• : Work closely with data science, product, and implementation units to ensure successful client outcomes
• Act as senior point of contact

• Support partner enablement
• , training teams at major insurers and TPAs on CMF usage and best practices
• Continuously monitor claims data and client KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum
• 10 years of experience in claims, underwriting, or insurance operations
• , ideally with regional exposure
• Strong leadership and operational management skills;
