Position And Department

General Accountant at the Accounts & Finance Department

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Accountant (Adv-Level) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and a proven track record of success in a training company or similar educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Prior experience in a training company or educational organization strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (preferred) or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
