Full-time General Accountant role based in Riyadh.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare and record daily journal entries and complete accounting cycles accurately.
- Review and reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and review invoices and tax-related documents.
- Participate in periodic audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide requested audit documents.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least one year of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel applications, such as QuickBooks or similar systems.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar sector is presented as an alternative; no sector is specified.
