GENERAL ACCOUNTANT FOR CAR SALE
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced General Accountant with strong knowledge of automotive sales and purchase accounting. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in car showroom accounting, excellent understanding of RTA and government-related procedures, and the ability to manage all financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record all car purchase and sales transactions accurately on a daily basis.
- Should be aware of all RTA and government-related tasks, including passing, registration, and car ownership transfer.
- Maintain and reconcile daily accounts, petty cash, and showroom financial activities.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements (P&L) and other financial reports for management review.
- Ensure all invoices, receipts, and financial documents are properly filed and organized.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and management regarding financial matters.
- Close daily accounts and provide a summary of daily cash flow and transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Dubai, in an automotive showroom environment.
- Must bring hard copy proof of previous employment in Dubai during the interview.
- Strong understanding of RTA systems and related government procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and filing skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers and management professionally.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
